Keith Beedie
Group Director of Estates
Keith manages the Estates department for the whole of the Grimsby Institute Group
Nigel Hollington
Head of Estates and Facilities
Nigel is responsible for the smooth running of various areas on all GIG sites areas include Transport, Cleaning, Security, Grounds Maintenance, Environmental and General Maintenance. Nigel is also involved in the planning of the new university building.
Karina Websell
Estates Finance and Project Manager
Karina is responsible for the tracking and monitoring of the Estates Finances in particular Capital Projects and undertakes small Estates Projects.
Andrew Germaney
Estates Operations Officer
Andy looks after the day to day operational issues on all the GIG sites. Andy also resolves any technical matters that may occur at the institute and coordinates the maintenance team.
Dawn Hadfield
Estates Administrator
Dawn mainly supports Keith and Nigel, but also looks after the day to day administration within the department.
Dawn also undertakes small projects around the GIG sites.
