Helpdesk

The primary function of the Helpdesk is to accept all reports of maintenance defects throughout the Grimsby Institute Group either by Intranet web access or telephone. The Helpdesk will also answer general enquiries and obtain information for callers where that information is not known locally.

The Helpdesk is staffed dependant upon it's location, please see details below of the normal working hours that we operate.

All sites South of the Humber:
The helpdesk based in the main reception of our Nuns Corner site in Grimsby will be open between the hours of:
08.00hrs til 16.30hrs - Monday to Thursday
08.00hrs til 16.00hrs - Friday

The Helpdesk is based in the Estates Department house on the Lady Edith Drive Campus
The helpdesk based in Scarborough will be open between the hours of:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 hrs - 17:00 hrs
Friday 8:30 hrs - 16:30hrs
